The 150-600mm focal length is rare in the world of photographic lenses, with only three options on the market. Sigma offers two of the three with the Sigma 150-600mm F/5-6.3 DG OS HSM Contemporary and the Sigma 150-600mm f/5-6.3 DG OS HSM Sport, giving customers a choice between lightweight portability or premium optical performance and weather sealing.
The Sigma 150-600 Sport focuses quite fast on a Nikon D300 and blazing fast on a Nikon D500. The bare Nikon 300mm f2.8 may be a touch faster, hard to differentiate a difference and the same is true with the 1.4x TC. The Sigma 150-600 Contemporary for Canon with Fringer EF to Fuji X is blazing fast on my Fuji X-T3.
As far as I know the Sigma TC-1401 (1,4x) and the TC-2001 (2x) are the only options. Sigma does state that these TCs are compatible with the 60-600. But be aware: with the TC-2001 you end up with an 120-1200 MF lens, no autofocus and with the TC-1401 Sigma has the following warning:
The Canon extenders have a nose that needs to be dealt with. Since you've got the camera and lens give it a try - carefully.
